Adjacent to Dube TradeZone 1 is the upcoming Dube TradeZone 2, which is set to bring on an additional 43 hectares (106 acres) of industrial developments, with approximately 23 sites ranging in size from 3 000m2 to 57 000m2. Sites will be fully serviced and levelled, with all utilities provided to the boundary of the sites.
Dube TradeZone 2 will focus on developing a pharmaceuticals cluster, but will also see the location of investors aligned to the Dube TradePort priority sectors.
Targeted sectors include:
- Medical and pharmaceutical production and distribution;
- Electronics manufacturing;
- Clothing and textile;
- Aerospace and aviation-linked manufacturing and services; and
- Logistics and distribution
